oral alternative - releana plus their versions of the diet

You can contact Millenium Medical Spa and see where a clinic or Dr. is that sells their patented oral version called Releana.

Here is a post from a user on the the hCGDiet group on yahoo that talks about the Releana diet:

-----------------------------------------------------------
I've spoken to Deirdra Tuntland (founder of Releana and patent holder) at length, many times. She has patients that have stayed on Releanafor months, never showing immunity and with continued weight loss.

I'd have to get my notes out but I think the longest she's had anyone on the sublingual without a break was 9 months. Lori may know this answer, as she visits Deirdra's clinic, is taking Releana for the second time and is very familiar with it.

Releana has their own food guide but it very, very close to Simeons.

For breakfast you can have any non-calorie fluids in any amount.

Their fluid list includes: water, tea, coffee, soda water, mineral
water and up to two cans of diet soda a day (no more).

For lunch and dinner, one protein of 3.5 oz., lean meat only, choose from veal, steak, fresh white fish (halibut, swordfish, bass, flounder, pike, brook trout, jew fish, john dory, snapper, crab meat, lobster, shrimp); chicken with no skin.

All of the protein must be weighed raw and all excess fat removed before cooking. (Salmon, eel, tuna, herring or any dried, pickled or smoked fish are not allowed)

Fruit, two portions a day at least 6 hours apart: apple, strawberries (6 large), orange, 1/2 grapefruit.

Fresh vegetables, 3.5 oz twice daily with lunch and dinner: spinach, chard, chicory, beet-greens, green salad, tomatoes, celery, fennel, onions, red radishes, cucumbers, asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower. (No pumpkin, beet root, potatoes, carrots, peas or corn)

Each day a minimum of 2 liters of water should be consumed.

The Releana plan also includes one tablespoon of milk daily, no sugar but artificial sweetener is ok, no margarine, oil or butter, juice of one lemon daily and you can use salt, pepper, vinegar, mustard powder, garlic, sweet basil, parsley, thyme, marjoram and other spices freely.

SO - their plan is almost identical to Simeons with the exception of the broccoli and cauliflower, and diet soda.
