Shopping list (per batch)

• (1) 20 cc bottle with rubber stopper for mixing (syringesupplies.com)(Note: this can be reused with sterilization)(1 cc is the same as 1 ml).
• (1) 1 cc Oral dosing syringe (from syringesupplies.com)(for dosing)(Note: this can be reused with sterilization).
• (1) 5 cc Oral dosing syringe (from syringesupplies.com)(to draw out glycerin)(Note: this can be reused with sterilization).
• (2) 10 cc syringe with needle (one for drawing out 10 cc or more Bacteriostatic Water, and  one to draw out vodka - this one can be also reused for transferring containers)(syringesupplies.com)(Note: comes in a pack of 10, which is good if you are doing more that one course).
• (1) 20 cc amber bottle for storing solution in fridge (Research Lab Supply)(Note: this can be reused with sterilization). You could also just buy an Amber Dropper Bottle here and skip the 1 CC dosing syringe. Take 3 drops morning and night.
• A bunch of alcohol prep pads (syringesupplies.com).
• A couple Plastic Extension Adapters for Oral Syringes from (syringesupplies.com).
   

 

• 2-5000 IU vials hCG aka Pregnyl (from drugdelivery.ca) per 49 day course ((10,000 IU gets you 40 days of injection - 125 IU morning and night, and you skip 1 day per week). If you are a lady, figure out your weight loss at 1/2 lb per day to get to your goal weight, guys at 1 lb per day. For instance, I weighed 256. I wanted to get to 175 lbs. That's 81 lbs. If I lose 1 lb per day (I really did less, but I cheated). 81 X 250 IU = 20,250 IU total. I should get 25,000 IU to do the while weight loss)).
• a 30 cc vial of Bacteriostatic Water (Research Lab Supply) (good for 3 courses).

    One of each of the following will make plenty of batches:

• "food grade" sweet glycerin (SteviaSmart.com) (aka Glycerin USP).
• triple distilled, 100 proof Vodka (your local liquor store)

Here is my refined "recipe" and step by step process

The Releana patent recipe calls for using sodium bicarbonate to balance the PH, but it also say it needs to be in the PH range of 6 to 8, which without adding any sodium bicarbonate, it is already at 6.4, and even a couple grains of sodium bicarbonate makes it go off the scale high, so I suggest you just skip it. If you just must try to balance the PH perfectly, you can buy "food grade" sodium bicarbonate at AmericanRX.com. Literally a few grains is too much.

Sublingual 49 day recipe (this is not marketable) (40 days taking oral hCG mixture, with 6 skip days (6 days on / 1 day off per week) and then 3 days to come off hCG). I plan to do 80 doses, which is 40 days, and then take a 3 week break and then repeat (this has been done with success by others in the hCGDiet group on yahoo, and folks have kept from developing immunity). I will do 6 days on and 1 day off per week, keeping the off day consistent (i.e. always on Sunday).

 

10,000 IU hCG (aka Pregnyl) (from drugdelivery.ca) in 10 cc Bacteriostatic Water (from Research Lab Supply - much cheaper that hCGSupplies).
1) Snap top off hCG bottle, while holding bottle in clean napkin, and upside down so any chards of glass fall away from hCG. Do it over a dish to collect any glass and discards.

2) Withdraw exactly 10 cc of Bacteriostatic water (Research Lab Supply) after wiping off top of bottle with an alcohol wipe (syringesupplies.com), using a syringe with a needle (syringesupplies.com). (1 cc is the same as 1 ml).

3) Put a couple cc in each vial of hCG to reconstitute the hCG.

4) Draw the hCG back into the syringe and then squirt the 10 cc of water/hCG mix into the 20 cc mixing bottle with rubber stopper (syringesupplies.com).

Note: You should still use Bacteriostatic Water even though this is an oral formulation, and keep your mix as germ and contaminant free as possible, to ensure the sublingual mixture lasts as long as possible.
 

5) With a new needle syringe (syringesupplies.com) , draw 6 cc Vodka (100 proof) out of Vodka bottle and squirt into the mixing bottle.

Note: Recap this syringe, as this needle syringe is reused when transferring from the mixing bottle into the storage bottle.

 

6) With a 5 cc blunt tipped dosing syringe (syringesupplies.com), draw out 4 cc "food grade" sweet glycerin (SteviaSmart.com), and squirt into the mixing bottle.

7) Cap the mixing bottle and shake up the solution to thoroughly mix it.

8) Using a needle syringe (reuse the one used to draw out the vodka), withdraw the solution from the mixing bottle, and squirt it into the amber dropper bottle (syringesupplies.com) for storage in the fridge (Amber helps the mixture keep in the fridge, the needle syringe filters out any remaining glass).

 

You now have 20 cc total for your mixed solution. 3 drops with your dosing dropper s/b .25 cc (125 IU). You can also use a dosing syringe that is in the shopping list.

 

 

Taking the hCG

 

You will be taking two doses; one in the morning first thing, and then one approximately 12 hours later.

When taking the sublingual mix, wait 10 to 15 minutes after eating or drinking before taking it, and then once you take it wait another 10 to 15 minutes before eating or drinking.

Hold the mixture under your tongue between 1 to 10 minutes before swallowing - really as long as you can, or until you feel it is all absorbed.
