Calvary Chapel Space Coast is a loving church family that consists of people from a variety of denominational backgrounds. Here you will find a friendly church that makes even the visitor feel welcome and a part of the body, without feeling smothered. We can do this because we actually care for each other. It isn't an act, nor is it emphasized, it is just a normal outflow from a healthy church.

Sunday Service: Our Sunday service starts with about 30 minutes of 'contemporary' worship in the sanctuary for the adults, and the kids have Kid's Praise in the the Kitchen Fellowship area. Following this, kids are dismissed to their classes and Pastor Baron teaches us from the Word. Typical service length, including worship is 1 hour and 30 minutes. Kid's are welcome to stay with their parents as well. More details are explained below.

Adult Worship: Our Sunday service starts with about 30 minutes of 'contemporary' worship. Words are projected on a screen, and the Congregation sings to the Lord. We have a worship band which uses the following instruments: piano, keyboard, electric guitar, electric bass, acoustic guitar, and drums. Some people lift their hands, but some just lift their hearts to the Lord.

Kid's Praise: The kids from Kindergarten to 5th grade get together in the Kitchen Fellowship area for a kids praise time. The Nursery is available from the beginning of the service for kids younger than Kindergarteners.

Sunday Teaching: Pastor Baron teaches from the Word, and the message is applied to our daily lives. He teaches from the New King James version, and bibles are available in the seat-back in case you don't have one.

Kid's Sunday School: After praise and worship, the kids and their teachers are dismissed to their classes. We have the Nursery for kids from infant through pre-school. The Kindergarten class may also include the more advanced preschoolers at the Teacher's discretion. The Kindergarten Teacher will work with the Nursery workers to determine whether they feel your preschooler will benefit more in one area or the other. The 1st and 2nd graders are in one class, and the 3rd to 5th graders gather together for their own class. Meeting in the Kitchen Fellowship area is our 6th to 12th grade class.

Sunday Morning Attire: People dress however they feel comfortable before the Lord. Some will dress up and some will come in shorts and flip-flops. The overall feel of the service is more on the casual side. All are welcome.

Communion: During the first Sunday Service of the month, we have communion. You do not need to be a member to partake, but you must be born again.

Baptism: We hold a monthly baptism service at the end of the 2nd Sunday service of the month. If you haven't been baptized since you were born again, sign up in the kitchen fellowship area, or talk to Pastor Baron.

Wednesday Night Service: Wednesday night is family night! We have something for everyone. Jerry Olguin  leads a bible study in the sanctuary, the kids age Kindergarten thru 6th grade have Discovery Club, led by Pastor Baron and Claudia. There is singing, skill competitions, games & skits, and everything here puts Christ first!!

Friday Night Youth Group: Ages 7th grade thru 12th grade meet at the church at 6:30 PM for a teen life related bible study led by Josh Adams. At ~7:30 PM we depart for an activity. We have both Jr. and Sr. Highers meeting together for the bible study, and then we split into two groups for the activity (Jr Highers and Sr. Highers). Activities alternate between free activities at the church and activities that cost between about $5 and $10. We have done mini-golf, movie night, game night, soccer, bowling, and indoor rock wall climbing. See the calendar on the home page for a list of upcoming activities.
